A registered office address is the official address registered with Companies House for your limited company, used for official correspondence from HMRC and Companies House. It's available as an optional add-on for £10 plus VAT per month, or included with the Elite membership.
Yes. Our Virtual Office services are suitable for limited companies and startups. You can add a Registered Office Address to Essentials and Complete memberships, or it is included with Elite.
How does mail handling work?
We receive your mail at your chosen UBC address and hold it securely for collection or forward it to an address of your choice. Forwarding charges may apply.
Our reception team answers calls in your company name, takes messages and transfers calls according to your instructions, helping you present a professional image without the cost of an in-house receptionist.
Virtual Office clients can access professional meeting rooms and day offices across the UBC network as required. Elite memberships include 2 hours of meeting room use per month.
Elite memberships include two days of coworking access per month. Additional coworking access is available on a flexible pay-as-you-go basis.
Virtual Office clients can book private day offices as required on a preferential pay-as-you-go basis, subject to availability.
Yes. Many clients begin with a business address and later upgrade to include telephone answering, a registered office address, coworking or meeting room access as their business grows.
A one-time setup fee of £75 plus VAT applies when you start your Virtual Office membership.
