Partner with UBC

Creating flexible workspace opportunities together.

Property partnerships built around the opportunity

UBC has operated flexible workspace across the UK for more than 20 years. We lease and manage office buildings, market flexible workspace and support businesses throughout their occupancy.

Every building and market is different. Depending on the property, its location and the owner’s objectives, we may consider a traditional lease, a management agreement or another appropriate commercial partnership.

We are interested in the right opportunities where UBC’s operational experience, sales capability and personal service can create long-term value.
