UBC Warrington offers four meeting rooms at Washington House for groups of 6 to 28 people, with screens, conferencing facilities and support from the local team.

We’re Moving to Washington House
Our new meeting rooms at Washington House are due to open in November 2026.
Meetings taking place before the move will continue to be held at Rutherford House. Bookings taking place after the move will be hosted in our new meeting rooms at Washington House.
Your booking confirmation will clearly state the venue and full address for your meeting. If you would like to confirm the location before booking, please contact our Warrington team.
What spaces are available at UBC Warrington?
Our new Washington House venue will offer four professionally equipped meeting rooms, with different capacities and layouts for groups of up to 28 people.
Each room includes a screen and conferencing facilities, helping teams connect, present and collaborate.

Training, Workshops and Larger Team Meetings
Cyan - Up to 28 people
Our largest meeting room, arranged in a U-shape and equipped with a large TV screen and video-conferencing facilities.
Cyan is well suited to training, presentations, workshops, planning sessions and larger team days.
Magenta - Up to 22 people
A U-shaped meeting room with a large TV screen and video-conferencing facilities.
Magenta provides a collaborative setting for training, presentations, workshops and group discussions.
Boardrooms and small meetings
Orange - Up to 14 people
A boardroom-style meeting room with a TV screen and conferencing facilities.
Orange is suitable for board meetings, client presentations, planning sessions and team discussions.
Red - Up to 6 people
A smaller boardroom-style meeting room with a TV screen and conferencing facilities.
Red works well for interviews, consultations, management meetings and private conversations.

Until the new Washington House meeting rooms open, bookings will continue to be hosted at Rutherford House.

About Washington House
Washington House combines four newly created meeting rooms with thoughtfully designed facilities for collaboration, focused work, wellbeing and convenience. From larger training sessions to private calls and content creation, the building offers more than a conventional meeting-room venue.
Flexible Meeting and Breakout Space
Choose from four meeting rooms accommodating between 6 and 28 people, alongside informal breakout areas, quiet pods, outdoor seating and a bright central atrium.
Technology to Connect and Create
Every meeting room includes a TV screen and conferencing facilities, with larger screens available in Cyan and Magenta. Washington House also includes a dedicated podcast studio for recording interviews, podcasts and business content.
Wellbeing and Private Space
The bookable wellbeing room provides private space for focused work, coaching, consultations or therapy appointments. Quiet pods offer additional space for calls and individual work.
Refreshments and Added Convenience
Refreshments and catering can be arranged for your meeting. On-site EV charging is available, and an independent coffee shop is located in neighbouring Allday House. Please speak to the Warrington team about availability and arrangements.
